exemplar provided by you, you warrant and represent to Mtec Data Systems LLC that you created said form(s) or have the legal right to use said form(s). You agree to indemnify Mtec Data Systems LLC for any third-party claims for infringement, misappropriation or other violation of any third-party’s intellectual property rights where such claims are made against Mtec Data Systems LLC for forms, templates or exemplars created based upon material provided by you to Mtec Data Systems LLC.
